Thanks :)
…okay?
Hm that’s a good question.
I think it could have changed depending on the time. Early into the seperation I would assume their parents would spend quite a bit of time with each of them, since there would be a lot of confusion, anxiety, hurt feelings. But probably more with Elsa to try to give techniques to control her magic early on. Then over time as Elsa pushed everyone away, not wanting anyone to go near her, they might have had more time for Anna(?).
In the book Dangerous Secrets it says how Iduna spent all of her time (I think it was at least weeks before their voyage) studying about Elsa and Ahtohallan - more than usual - where she would forget to sleep, eat, bathe. So certainly then she wouldn’t have spent time with either of them.
I don’t recall any books or anything that implies Anna having a bad relationship with her parents. At least other than her feeling like they couldn’t trust her with the secrets (in a few books and also deleted movie scenes).
Well she was always seemingly interested in romance. Probably for reasons any child would like it. But I think once she was separated from the world growing up, that loneliness likely added to the appeal of finding someone who is there for you no matter what.
And some associated dolls:
What do you mean? In what way?
Iduna would interact with the spirits, just like all the Northuldra. But I suppose if we consider Elsa being a spirit and once being inside of Iduna then she could have a stronger connection with the spirits in that sense
If you have Disney+ there’s a documentary series about the making of Frozen 2. They explain who the voice is but it’s kind of confusing. Even the people on the team weren’t all in a consensus. But it was either Iduna, Ahtohallan, or Elsa’s future self
This has a couple other bits of information too with someone who attended the event
The post Disney China made was taken down and replaced with a vague synopsis that removes the leaks
I agree with that videos conclusion about who the mysterious family member could or couldn’t be. A lot of people are saying Anna and Kristoffs kid but there are several reasons that wouldn’t work. I do think the family member can’t be somone related to Iduna though, because her tribe was killed when she was a little child, then she was adopted by Yelanas tribe. It’s more likely to be Agnarrs mom, Rita, or perhaps a cousin of his.
I haven’t heard the voice being a warning theory. That’s interesting. It’d probably be warning about the fact that nobody is allowed to Ahtohallan, and that death is inevitable.
However I personally think the song was an invitation. Elsa was the only one who could hear it aside from the other spirits. Even when Agnarr and Iduna get near Ahtohallan in the book Dangerous Secrets, they don’t hear the voice, but Iduna does make the AHAHHAHHH herself.
Just like she did the day the forest fell and she saved Agnarr, and does many times to summon Gale. But the call is associated with the 5th Spirit as said by Honeymaren. So my guess is that either Ahtohallan has that call within her, that all spirits hear, then a past spirit bridge would use the call as a way to communicate between eachother. The Northuldra would hear this and then when that 5th spirit dies, pass on the stories to future generations who might’ve used it themselves when communicating with the spirits.
Even the Frozen 2 team was uncertain on who exactly was calling Elsa - Ahtohallan, Iduna, Elsa herself. But I think a warning wouldn’t make sense. Elsa was practically forced to go on the journey - once she awoke the spirits then Arendelle was in danger, or she’d be stuck listening to a tune for eternity which would drive her a bit mad. The spirits would WANT the forest to be restored back to balance, to keep the key to that away wouldn’t make sense. Besides, at the moment when Elsa is about to go to far, she doesn’t hear an Ahhh, she hears “but not too far or you’ll be drowned”. That was the more clear warning, and if Ahhh was a warning I believe she would’ve heard that. But instead she hears Ahhh while she is becoming herself and transforming into the 5th spirit
Well Green is a combination of blue and yellow so it depends on the shade, but compared to Blue it would be closer to being a warm shade. But then the same would have to be said for purple. It’s not the best argument
It mentions it in a couple books I think. I’ll have to look to see which ones
Anna is the one who taught Olaf to read 😊
Mm yes. There definitely would’ve been articles in The Villiage Crown newspaper which he may have read. But I still think he’d have known from questions as well. Especially since some of the details wouldn’t have been mentioned for most to read
You are correct that Elsa’s clothes are more winter feeling, so cold. But technically all the colors are cool colors. I think the tones of their hair and skin also contribute to the cold/warm feels. And how their outfits are constructed
Sorry my fandom doesn’t show replies immediately..
That’s cool about that app
He does learn to read and likes telling fun facts because of it, but that wouldn’t have any effect on what he knows about the events of Elsa’s coronation and life otherwise. He would know by asking them or overhearing, or some other means. Unless of course they wrote autobiography’s…
He does ask a lot of questions though. Like for when people will say things like “let’s have a picnic” then he’ll say “I love picnics! What’s a picnic?”
Or even that whole scene in Frozen where Anna and Kristoff are asking Olaf if he knows Elsa and where she is and he just keeps saying “yeah, why?”
