Dagmar is a seamstress that runs the Arendelle village laundry.[1]
History[]
Dagmar was having trouble on the village laundry, she haven't enough water to clean all the clothes. Dagmar and the laundry workers had to carry buckets of water back and forth. So she decided to search Queen Elsa for help.

Elsa raced to her study, took the plans for the Arendelle's new plumbing system and showed them to Dagmar. The whole village volunteered to help with the construction.[1]
The other day they began the work. When they finished, Dagmar were thrilled and so thankful to Elsa.[2]
