Eniola is a citizen of Arendelle originally from Tikaani, who lives in a cottage on the outskirts, where she cultivates wheat. She has gray hair.

Eniola came to the castle to see the queen when the Blight hit the crops. During the visit she accepted Elsa's idea.
When the Nattmara attacked, Eniola was asleep and fell under its influence. After defeating the monster, she did not remember it existed.
