Frozen: Anna's Book of Secrets (ISBN 978-1-4723-7193-5) is a book adaptation of the film Frozen. It also doubles up as a diary; there is space to write the owner's name of the book inside on the first page, and then after the story there are sections which the reader can personalize.

The book contains the same illustrations as those in Frozen: Padded Classic Book. However, the imagery is condensed down to a portrait A5-sized page, instead on the A3 landscape as in the aforementioned book. The pages after the story are for the reader's use and have a large amount of activities to choose from.
