During this scene and song, Kristoff, who has just been kicked out of Wandering Oaken's Trading Post and Sauna by Oaken, moved into a next-door barn with Sven. Preparing to go to sleep, Kristoff sang a song about how reindeer are better than people, mimicking the voice of Sven.
