Sir Jorgenbjorgen is a stuffed penguin owned by Elsa from her childhood.
It had been siting at the bottom of a trunk that held Elsa's childhood belongings, until Anna rediscovers him.
History
When Elsa was a child Sir Jorgenbjorgen was her only friend to keep her company in her lonely room and could share her secrets with, after the Gates were closed and she and Anna were separated. She would often play with his "hair" while looking out the window, until Elsa had reached the age where she was too old for stuffed toys and Sir Jorgenbjorgen was placed in the castle's attic, in a trunk with the rest of Elsa's childhood belongings.
Years later, when Anna was looking through their old things as she looks for anything related to their Christmas tuition in the attic, Elsa joined her before they looked in her trunk. When Anna found Sir Jorgenbjorgen and handed him over to Elsa, she remembered the secrets that she would tell him and how he was a good listener during her lonely days being locked away from the world outside her room.
