Wandering Oaken's Trading Post and Sauna is a small outpost located deep within the forest north of Arendelle.
History
After falling into a cold stream, Anna made her way towards the trading post. She was greeted by Oaken, the owner of the trading post, who announces that they are having a sale. Shortly afterward, Kristoff entered, wanting to pay for rope, a pickaxe, and carrots. Oaken set the price four times higher than Kristoff was willing to pay, and after failing to bargain with Oaken, insulted him. Oaken threw him out of his shop before returning and apologising to Anna for the violence.
Trading Post
The trading post is a small, wooden cabin north of Arendelle. Built on a stone foundation, there are steps leading up to a porch that is flooded with light coming from two large windows. There are two signs hanging from the roof, with the first one reading, "Wandering Oaken's Trading Post", and a second hanging from it, reading, " And Sauna".
Inside are several shelves of miscellaneous items, including bread, tools, plants, and books. A sauna is placed a few paces away from Oaken's counter. A bell above Oaken's head, attached to the door, jingles whenever someone enters.
Trivia
- There is a small Mickey Mouse visible on one of the shelves near the winter section.
- A clock behind Oaken reveals shows that Anna arrived at the trading post at 10:30pm.
- The previous night, Anna and Hans were shown dancing at the clock tower and the time was 10:15pm. As such, Anna took approximately less than 24 hours after the events at the ballroom /courtyard to reach Oaken's Trading Post; while Elsa had long reached the North Mountain the previous night.
